Cliff Design joins with Petfactory in Mentice Project

This spring Mentice asked Cliff Design and Petfactory to create something out of the ordanary to be presented at the EuroPCR in Paris 2010. A close collaboration with the Mentice Market department generated a short animated film with an expressive comic style. Cliff Design and Petfactory are proud to present an unusual graphic experience within the Medical industry!

Electrolux Concept
This Winter Cliff Design was happy to receive a concept request from the Electrolux Design Department. Working close with Henrik Otto, design director of Electrolux, Cliff Design and Petfactory creted a Kitchen Concept for the year 2050. The project resulted in a vision regarding social and practical needs of the future and was presented for the first time at the Design Boost fair in Stockholm 2010.

Petfactory is moving in!

After working together in several projects, Cliff Design and Petfactory have decided to take things one step further. Starting Monday the 18:th of October we are sharing work space at Kaserntorget 6. Note that this is not an acquirement, nor a fusion. Cliff Design and Petfactory will still work as separate companies. We are simply two creative forces with mutual design values looking for synergies - a strategic match with great potential! Reorganization within Design Communication

Design Communication Group announced on Friday September 19th 2008 the restructuring of the management organization. Due to the growing number of employees and clients within the subsidiaries, Cliff Models & Prototypes, Cliff Design and Propeller Design a more refined management needed to be lined out to strengthening the focus within the different companies. Johan Andinsson, President and CEO, has appointed three new Executive Vice Presidents affective as of September 19th 2008. Cliff Models & Prototypes; Christian Wadell, former Director of Sales and Marketing, Cliff Design; Anders Nordlund, former Group Manager Transportation Design and Propeller Design; Malte Frisk, former Director of Sales and Marketing, Cliff Design and Propeller Design. The team of the newly appointed Executive Vice Presidents will continue to refine, develop and collaborate within and between the different subsidiaries, to strengthen their current positions on the market. Cliff 20th Anniversary

Cliff Design Group hosted a 20th Anniversary event in Göteborg Sweden. The big happening August 29th left Cliff and clients with wonderful memories! With a guest list of approximately 220 people could enjoy the company of people like guest of honour Ken Kercheval a.k.a Cliff Barnes from the TV show Dallas, Design Director Magnus Oliviera-Andersson Toyota, Chief Designer Ivar Frischer Saab Automobile, Director of Design Alex Liebert Atlas Copco Rockdrills, Program Chief Designer, Örjan Sterner, Volvo Car Corporation amongst all. The evening opened with mingle and live music, to be followed with a classical West cost three course meal based on sea food. Stefan Hallin, Chairman of the board started the evening of with a great welcome speech and introduction of our CEO and President Johan Andinsson, where as Johan continued to present our the design group and to reminisce of passed times. During dinner invited guests: Chief of Design Kristofer Hansén from Scania and Chief Designer Interior Pontus Fontaeus Volvo Car Corporation, held very hearty thank you speeches to and about Cliff and their companies collaboration through-out times. Finally dinner was summed up by guest of honour Cliff Barnes telling the story how hard times can be, but if you believe in yourself and keep on going you can become what ever you want, even the president of the United States… The evening went on and turned in to the party of the decade. People laughed, danced, cheered and went on until 6 o´clock in the morning. An evening we will all remember, young as old – client as employed. Thank you all for participating.
