Eye on the target!

First phase screams sidekicks! We push and pull the initial scope to find the actual core. User scenarios are created to reveal important user relations, the context. The initial ideation starts. We innovate. Second phase means validation, testing the ideas on product specific parameters. Proportions are balanced, curves are tweaked and surfaces are polished. Last phase is about control. Care of detail. Maintaining the design intention. All along with a close client relation and we always keep track of where we are heading.

Most projects start with a workshop. The output of this activity can either serve as an inspirational starting point or be the key component for an entire project. It can also be the main ingredient for a design brief or it can serve as glue between different competences where everyone has a say, and all disciplines are included in order to generate a more solid design platform. Cliff Design believe that the workshop is of such great value that we are now extracting it from our general process to create a NEW offer. The Cliff Design organization is a flat structure where the main are owned by the company designers. For our Clients this means a more efficient organization that is permeated by our passion for design and creativity. The main offer is design and surface design, however Cliff Design has a wide supplier network that allows us to extend our offer to include interaction design, animation, studio engineering and models/prototyping. Today Cliff Design consists of 15 employees working with product- ,automotive-, motorcycle- and graphic design.
